Check-in Dinner, Served at 6:30PM on Monday, June 18

The check-in dinner consists of lighter fare, served family-style, after a long day of travel. This lighter meal is still very filling, and typically includes salad, soup, bread, and/or dinner sandwiches or pasta, and dessert. 

Drinks include water, ice tea or lemonade. (If desired, please bring your own adult beverages.)

Grab-n-Go Continental Breakfast – Available in the lodge kitchen – Tuesday 6/19, Wednesday, 6/20, Thursday 6/21 & Friday 6/22

Grab-n-Go single-serve continental breakfast is available at the lodge to take on the road to the range. The Grab-n-Go breakfast typically consists of coffee/tea, muffin, oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, fruit (no chef on duty). This convenient and refreshing pick me up is the right start to the morning as you head out on the road to the range for a solid day of training!  Water and gatorade are provided on the range. If desired, please bring personal additional snacks and non-alcoholic beverages to the range.

Lunch On The Range – Each day, around 12:00PM – Tuesday 6/19, Wednesday 6/20 & Thursday 6/21

Lunch on the range typically consists of an individual hoagie style sandwich or wrap (with condiments), a single side serving of salad and/or fruit, chips and/or cookies.  This noon-day meal is very refreshing to keep you going the rest of the day!  Water and gatorade are provided on the range. If desired, please bring personal additional snacks and non-alcoholic beverages to the range.

Dinner / Evening Socials – Each evening, serving at 6:45 PM – Tuesday 6/19, Wednesday 6/20 & Thursday 6/21

The evening dinner social consists of full family-style served fare after a day on the range. This evening social meal is very filling, and typically includes light appetizer, salad(s) and/or soup, dinner bread, main course, 2-3 sides, and dessert. Drinks include water, ice tea or lemonade or similar. (If desired, please bring your own adult beverages.)

Actual meal items provided may vary based on availability. Meal price includes 5% sales tax.

**Special Dietary Requests/Needs?**

Please advise Costa Ludus of any dietary considerations. All efforts will be made to accommodate special dietary requests/needs.** We understand last minute arrangements may be made, and we will do our best to meet your needs! If possible, please advise a minimum of 5 days before the meal date. If there are any questions for last minute plans – please don’t hesitate to contact us to see what we can do!

Cancelation Policy:

Range fees are fully refundable up until the first day of class. Range fees are not refundable once the course has begun.

Meal fees are fully refundable until 15 days before the first day of class. No meal fees may be refunded within 15 days of the course start date.
